Hanger, Inc., the largest operator of orthotic and prosthetic patient care clinics in the United States, is recruiting a prosthetist orthotist or orthotist for its growing clinic in Kissimmee, Central Florida. The full-time role covers a balanced mix of paediatric and adult orthotics, prosthetics and hospital-based care, including work with a nearby trauma hospital.
Role overview
- Provide orthotic and prosthetic care across paediatric, adult and hospital patients.
- Work alongside the clinic manager, a fitter and support staff.
- Design, cast, fit and align devices, adjusting for fit, function and comfort.
- Take part in a shared on-call rota, typically less than once a month.
Requirements
- Certification as a CPO or CO, or board eligibility.
- Ability to manage a broad caseload in a fast-paced setting.
- Spanish speakers are particularly encouraged to apply.
