Bionic Prosthetics & Orthotics Group LLC, a US orthotic and prosthetic provider operating more than 48 ABC-accredited clinics across 12 states, is seeking an ABC- or BOC-certified prosthetist orthotist or certified prosthetist for its clinics in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The full-time, on-site role carries clinic leadership responsibilities; prior O&P management experience is welcome but not essential.
Role overview
- Lead clinic operations so that O&P patient care is delivered to a high professional standard.
- Supervise, train and develop clinic staff.
- Implement company policies and contribute to regional planning and budgeting.
- Maintain compliance with professional standards, state law and payer requirements.
- Build and grow referral-source relationships.
Requirements
- US-based ABC or BOC certification as a prosthetist and orthotist or as a prosthetist.
- Residents and non-certified practitioners are not eligible.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
