Ottobock is recruiting a Clinic Manager for JP&O Ottobock.care in Rogers, Arkansas, a long-established orthotic and prosthetic practice that has joined the Ottobock.care clinic network. The full-time, on-site role requires a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to lead the clinic while continuing to treat patients.
Role overview
- Oversee clinical operations and staff, including clinicians, technicians and fitters.
- Evaluate patients, design prosthetic and orthotic devices and check static and dynamic alignment.
- Instruct patients in device use and provide post-delivery adjustments and documentation.
- Train technicians, residents, fitters and clinicians, and direct device fabrication.
- Build referral relationships and help prepare budgets and meet financial objectives.
Requirements
- Certification as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO).
- Commitment to continuing education on current components, materials and procedures.
