Instalimb, a manufacturer of 3D-printed prosthetic and orthotic devices using digital scanning and CAD workflows, is hiring an Education Prosthetist & Orthotist in Gurugram, India. The full-time, on-site, entry-level role designs and delivers training, assesses clinicians’ skills and helps standardise digital fabrication quality across the company’s teams and licensees.
Role overview
- Design and run structured training for new clinicians and licensee teams in 3D scanning, digital socket rectification, CAD modelling and 3D-printed P&O workflows.
- Assess clinical and digital fabrication competencies against company standards and set improvement plans.
- Review socket models, rectification accuracy, print readiness and fitting outcomes, and guide field teams.
- Work with R&D to update SOPs, manuals and training materials.
- Keep records of training and performance and report to management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
- Up to two years of hands-on clinical P&O experience.
- Good understanding of 3D scanning, digital socket design and digital documentation tools.
- Strong spoken and written English.
