PROTEOR
PROTEOR, a French O&P manufacturer with a large network of orthopaedic centres, is hiring a workshop technician for the assembly section of its Lyon workshop. The permanent (CDI), full-time role involves fabricating custom orthopaedic devices.
Role overview
- Carry out general mechanical work such as drilling, bending, sanding, sawing and dimension checks.
- Work with steel components.
- Align and assemble device components.
- Thermoform plastics by hand.
Requirements
- Ideally an orthopaedic appliance technician diploma, or a technical/manual trade qualification (e.g. metalwork, welding).
- Excellent manual skills, good spatial awareness and care for finish quality.
