Orthèse Prothèse Sherbrooke inc., a patient-centred orthotics and prosthetics clinic, is recruiting an orthotist as part of its growth. The post is permanent and full-time at the clinic in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
Role overview
- Assess patient needs and take measurements.
- Design and recommend orthotic solutions, then cast, fit and deliver devices.
- Provide clinical follow-up and adjustments.
- Work with physicians, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, and keep patient records up to date.
- Contribute to service development at the clinic.
Requirements
- Diploma in orthotic and prosthetic techniques.
- Member in good standing of the OTPQ.
- Fluent spoken and written French; English and a driving licence are assets.
