Role overview
- Independently fit children with orthopaedic devices
- Support patients in clinical settings and at home
- Take measurements by scanning or plaster casting
- Fabricate custom devices, including model work
- Take responsibility for fit and function checks
Requirements
- Completed training as an Orthopädietechnik-Mechaniker
- Several years of relevant experience and sound knowledge of current fitting practice
- Category B driving licence
