Role overview

• Advise customers and patients on supports, orthoses and other orthopaedic aids.
• Select suitable devices, fit them and check correct fit.
• Explain correct use and implement medical prescriptions in line with regulations.
• Document provision, process prescriptions and work with doctors, therapists, care homes and insurers.

Requirements

• Completed training in healthcare, retail or a similar field; medical supply experience an advantage.
• Strong interest in medical aids and empathetic communication.
• Fluent German (C1 level).
