ForMotion, a custom external orthopaedic appliance provider and member of the Embla Medical group (which includes Össur and Fior & Gentz), is recruiting an orthoprothésiste (prosthetist-orthotist) for its Lille branch in northern France. The post is a permanent (CDI), full-time, on-site role in a small team working closely with fellow clinicians and the workshop.
Role overview
- Support children and adults individually from needs assessment through to final fitting.
- Design, fabricate and adjust bespoke orthopaedic devices for safety, comfort and effectiveness.
- Coordinate the fitting pathway with internal teams, covering quality, traceability and turnaround times.
- Follow standards and quality procedures while managing costs.
- Build relationships with prescribers and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- BTS Orthoprothésiste (French orthoprosthetics diploma).
- Previous experience as an orthoprothésiste is welcome; patient-facing experience expected.
- Team spirit, attention to detail and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
