ForMotion Orthopédie, which makes custom medical devices to improve patients’ comfort, mobility and independence, is recruiting a fabrication technician for the spinal brace and moulded seating unit of its 20-person workshop in Cambrai, Hauts-de-France, France. This is a fixed-term (CDD) replacement contract running to 22 November 2026, with possible renewal.

Role overview

• Fabricate and finish custom spinal braces (corsets) and moulded seats for children and adults.
• Cut, sand, grind, bond and assemble a variety of materials.
• Work on moulded shells and components.
• Fit accessories such as footrests, armrests, headrests and reinforcements to specification.
• Maintain a high standard of finish and attention to detail.
