The full-time role covers comprehensive pedorthic care; candidates not yet certified would work under the direction of a certified clinician.
Role overview
- Assess patients, formulate and implement pedorthic treatment plans, and provide follow-up.
- Custom design, fabricate and fit footwear and related orthotic devices.
- Collaborate with the wider rehabilitation team and use current technology.
- Take part in practice management.
Requirements
- Pedorthic certification, or working towards it under a certified clinician’s supervision.
- Combination of clinical and technical skills for evaluation and device fabrication.
