Hanger, Inc., the largest operator of orthotic and prosthetic patient care clinics in the United States, is recruiting a prosthetist and/or orthotist clinician for its growing clinic in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The full-time role offers considerable autonomy in a community with strong demand, and the clinician will contribute to a planned clinic relocation and redesign.
Role overview
- Assess patients with physicians and recommend prosthetic and/or orthotic treatment options.
- Design, cast, fit and align devices, adjusting for fit, function and comfort.
- Train patients in device use and provide follow-up.
- Help shape the clinic’s future, including its relocation and redesign.
Requirements
- Certification as a CPO, CO or CP, or board eligibility.
- Clinical and technical skills in evaluating, designing, fabricating and fitting orthoses and/or prostheses.
