Role overview

• Provide or supervise comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic patient care
• Assess patients, set and implement treatment plans, and follow up
• Custom design, fabricate and fit prostheses and/or orthoses
• Contribute to clinic practice management

• Certification as a CPO, CO or CP, or board eligibility
• Non-certified clinicians work under the direction of a certified clinician
