ISPO is pleased to share details of the upcoming AT2030 Frontiers Symposium, taking place from 8–10 October 2025 in Kathmandu, Nepal. The event is hosted by the Royal Academy of Engineering, in collaboration with Kathmandu University (KU) and the GDI Hub’s AT2030 Programme, funded by UK International Development.
This year’s theme, “Inclusive Innovation in Action: Community-led Assistive Technology Solutions in Local Context,”will highlight innovative approaches to advancing assistive technology (AT) in low-resource settings.
The symposium will focus on three sub-themes:

🚪 AT Solutions for Improved Access
The event will bring together early- to mid-career researchers, innovators, and practitioners from around the world to co-create solutions, exchange knowledge, and foster collaboration. In addition to networking and interdisciplinary sessions, participants will have the opportunity to apply for £20,000 seed funding to support post-event collaborative projects.
