Neo KirchBaby: From Botswana to Global Inspiration

Neo KirchBaby: From Molepolole to Global Inspiration

Early Life & Background

Neo KirchBaby, born Neo Kirchway on June 14, 1989, hails from Molepolole, Botswana—one of the country’s largest villages. She was raised by her hardworking single mother who supported her and her brother Moshe under modest means. Despite the odds, Neo thrived academically and earned a scholarship to study at Carleton University in Canada, a pivotal step that would exponentially broaden her horizons.

A Journey of Resilience

Born with a congenital limb difference, Neo underwent double leg amputation at age five Amplitude. Rather than limiting her, this became a cornerstone of her identity and empowerment. In her own words:

“Some people were created differently for a purpose... I’m hoping that people can try not to look at me as someone who doesn’t have legs. Just look at me as a woman, as a mother, as a normal person.” Amplitude

She ultimately moved to the U.S., where she married Garrett KirchBaby, and together they built a beautiful family with twin boys (Caleb and Joshua) and a younger son, Michael.
